Returns
Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving their order. This includes defects, damage during transit, or incorrect products received.
To request a return, please send clear photos via WhatsApp, email, or phone within the 24-hour window. Late claims may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bee swarms are non-returnable once they have been inspected and accepted by the customer at the time of delivery.

Return Options
Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Each case will be handled individually.

Return Shipping

  • If the error is ours (e.g., defective or wrong product), we will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to customer error or change of mind, the customer is responsible for returning the product or covering shipping costs.
